Procerin: Stop excessive hair fall

Ben Affleck Hair Loss

Ben Affleck is one of Hollywood’s biggest heart throbs, adored by women all over the world because of his good looks and attractive personality. Recently though (or in the last few year to be more exact) many people have been starting to speculate regarding his hair loss and the way that he is managing to cope with it, with many people even going as far as to say that he regularly wears a wig. This has been also covered by online magazines and blogs, that tracks celebrities. Some even speculate that he has gone through a hair transplant procedure in order to mask the onset of his baldness, and most claim that he simply wear wigs in his films.

All of this speculation has come about due to a number of different pictures that have surfaced of him, apparently sporting a large bald patch and also a number of rather noticeable gray hairs (he admitted dying his hair, but never admitted anything else). There have also been a number of pictures showing Affleck looking like he’s had a small hair transplant, as hair seems to have sprouted overnight in certain places on his head. Either way though, he seems to be one of the only men in the entertainment industry who is managing to hide their baldness and not look bad while doing so.

Affleck’s first big break came when he starred alongside his long-time friend Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting – a film that they shared an Oscar for in 1997. After this he went on to star in a huge amount of massive movies, such as Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, Forces of Nature and The Sum of All Fears. More recently he has appeared in Smokin’ Aces and State of Play, as well as making his directorial debut in Gone Baby Gone. It seems that his career is not slowing down, even if he is succumbing to some baldness on parts of his head – something that should encourage every man out there who is currently going through the onset of baldness.

Probably the biggest question though is why Affleck is proving to still be popular even though he is trying to hide his hair loss. Most men that turn to wigs and cosmetic treatment are ridiculed when caught for the practice, still they never admit and continue to hide there baldness at if they never had any hair issue. Well, Affleck’s success seems to come down to two factors, with the first being that he is doing it well. This is probably down to the fact that he, just like many celebrities, can afford all the most advanced solutions to conceal any cosmetic measure required to keep the handsome look.

The other reason is that Affleck seems to be doing it unashamedly. He isn’t trying to hide the fact that he is greying and told the press that he dyes his hair. There are many pictures of him in grey hair. He is not escaping the paparazzi who are chancing him when he is out with his wife and kids for shopping. So he was even seen with a bald patch, but then without it so still he is simply trying to improve his appearance and the way that he feels about himself without feeling he needs to make a big story out of it, so wearing wig for him may be just like wearing a t-shirt. It isn’t embarrassment that drives him to this – it’s simply the desire to better himself in certain social situations, or roles.

So, for Ben Affleck the tactic of covering up his hair loss is working well and this is a route that many other men around the world can and do follow.
