Tricomin Review
Tricomin is a brand name of hair products consisting of conditioner, shampoo, deep conditioning cream and Follicle Therapy Spray. These unique products use Copper Peptides technology as a hair growth stimulant. Tricomin is a preferred baldness cure for many women, as it’s a natural based topical solution that has no side effects.
The spray (blue bottle) is the flagship product that provides the material effects when it comes to hair loss, the other products are a nice complementary to the spray .
The range of products are manufactured and developed by a US based company named Procyte, which offers clinically proven Copper Peptides technology for skin and hair health.
How Tricomin Works
Copper Peptides has been proven to:
1. Inhibit the enzyme 5 alpha reductase (5AR) which is responsible for the creation of DHT (5AR+testosterone = DHT)
2. Anti oxidant, active against free radicals that damage the cell (anti aging affect – cells protection).
3. Linked to the creation of melanin (hair color).
4. Promotes protein & tissues creation, therefore also used to cure skin wounds.
Copper is responsible helps with the stimulation and the operation of hair follicles and is an important mineral in our body, just like many others, the question is – does it work against pattern baldness?
The main ingredient in Tricomin Spray is copper – Triamino Copper Nutritional Complex (Alanine, Histidine, Lysine Polypetide Copper HCl)
The Revitalizing Shampoo and Restructuring Conditioner both contain a small amount of the copper peptide, and as you wash them almost immediately they can’t really help against hair loss.
You do need to use the spray once or twice a day, and massage it into the skin just like any other hair loss topical treatment.
Is Tricomin an Effective Baldness Cure?
Tricomin Spray is most effective when it comes as a supplemental to your regimen treatment. According the clinical studies it’s effectiveness is considered to be similar to minoxidil 2%, that certainly can’t be your treatment if you’re a man. You can use it in addition to other treatments as it does help in some level. The shampoo and conditioner can be used to maximize the copper peptide penetration.
Tricomin Price
You can get each product separately or a pack of products. The shampoo or conditioner will cost up to $20 (8 oz bottle), the spray about $50 (6 oz bottle). The deep conditioning cream costs about $15.
Tricomin – Bottom Line
Tricomin can be used by men and women, however it’s usually the women who benefits the most from this product, as it’s effect is mild and as no side effects are involved, men usually need a stronger baldness cure. You may add the spray to your other treatments, and improve the overall hair growth. One bottle of spray lasts for about 2 months so in terms of cost and value for money this is a decent add-on to your hair loss treatments arsenal.
