HairSoReal (HSR) Review
HairSoReal belongs to a family of products that use fibers that are made of Keratin protein, the same organic ingredient of the hair. These artificial hair fibers comes in 8 different colors (even gray) that are merged with almost any color or type of hair. Once applied, these fibers adhere to your existing hair and makes it thicker, giving the appearance of a full hair instead of thinning hair. HSR is effective on anyone with thinning hair as it can cover thinning and even balding areas (if there is still hair for the fibers to adhere). The usage is easy and fast, just like with any other fiber cosmetic product, and you can use it anytime to give your hair a thick, full look. HSR is not a hair loss treatment, it’s a cosmetic product for men and women that intends to provide a great looking hair, and hide thinning areas.
How to Use HSR
1. Wash, then dry and style your hair just like you normally do.
2. Sprinkle the product’s fibers over the thinning area until the scalp is no longer visible.
3. Using your hands, pat the fibers into place, they will easily attach to your hair.
You can use your favorite hair spray over the treated hair, but remember – your hair must be dry during the entire process (don’t use hair creams or hair gel when you use HSR).
HSR Side Effects
There are no side effects using hair fibers products, the fibers adhere to your hair, and have no effect on the scalp.
How to Remove HSR
Simply wash your hair, that’s it. The fibers will be washed out of your hair. What holds the fibers to the hair is static electricity, due to the fact that the fibers are made of the same ingredient as the hair plus other synthetic ingredients that improve the attachment and the color.
HSR Ingredients
Rayon, Cotton, Nylon, keratin, ammonium chloride, silica: may contain: FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Green #3, FD&C Blue #1, D&C Orange #4, D&C Red #2
Hair Fiber Products Disadvantages
There are many hair fiber sprinkle or sprays available in the market and all have the same effect. The idea is to cover the thinning areas, make your hair look better, and make you look younger. The problem is that the fibers are very sensitive to moistness. If you sweat, if you go to the beach or swimming pool, if it’s rain or even if the wind blows too hard, the fibers may drip on your face and neck, not something you would like other people to see. That means you should consider your activities before using it. It’s best used in a dry, steady weather and activities.
In addition, in order for the hair fibers to bond with our hair, you must have some hair in that area, as the fibers are attached to the hair, not to the scalp.
HairSoReal Conclusion
HairSoReal is no different then any other hair fibers product, and just like other products it does the job of hiding thinning hair, making your hair look full naturally. It is safe to use, effective and is not expensive. If you are looking for a cosmetic solution for thinning hair, this is a great solution, as long as your hair is not going to be exposed to water or moisture.
HairSoReal costs approximately $20 for a 28gr can.
